Projects Log
A record of what I've built and run — live services, systems programming, and hackathon builds.

- Canonical Entity Warehouse — A confidential data warehouse that unifies people/accounts/orgs across several projects into one canonical store — dedup + soft-delete governance, each project reading only its slice (scale/target masked).
- Parentlyze — A parenting product that turns family conversations into structured insights and tailored reports — spanning iOS/Android apps, web/Admin/backend, an in-house STT/AI engine, and internal operations systems. Co-founded 2025-06, CTO.
- Outreach CRM — A local-first CRM that runs outreach with auto-generated messages and stage tracking — zero server infra.
- Instagram Audience Manager — A local-first Chrome extension that snapshots and analyzes my Instagram audience like git — on-device, no backend.
- What if…? — Upload a chat export and simulate the parallel universe of "what if I'd said this instead" — built in one day at Cursor Hackathon Seoul.
- openclaw Agent Fleet — A multi-agent orchestration system that runs AI agents across several machines around the clock. OpenClaw, Codex, Python, cron, and SSH coordinate distributed work, validation, and machine sync.
- News Intelligence Engine — A confidential news engine that collects global news across distributed nodes, dedupes and ranks it, and layers human verification over LLM judgment (name withheld).
- Caption Logger for Google Meet — A Chrome extension that logs and copies Google Meet captions locally without sending a single line off the device — zero dependencies, zero network calls.
- TrueTwo — A daily family game of two truths and one lie — built and shipped in a single day at the IndieCrew hackathon.
- WorldClone Lab — A validation platform that, before launching a product, creates a virtual population of users and previews their reactions through simulation.
- Recallink · Core & Docs — Not a contacts app but a personal relationship CRM that remembers "what happened with this person." Web, app, and local DB all share the same model.
- Recallink · Web (PWA) — Recallink's web app that keeps running the same screens even when the internet drops. Logging in automatically merges with the cloud.
- Recallink · Mobile (KMP) — Recallink's Android/iOS apps. Core logic written once, with the UI built separately in each OS's native toolkit.
- Cardly Studio — A content tool that stamps out card news in one go using 13 trend presets and AI prompts instead of designing each one by hand.
- AI Visual Studio Platform — A confidential media platform pivoting from AI image distribution to a premium AI virtual photoshoot studio (name withheld).
- Invera — A community platform for exam-takers and parents. Integrates school verification · feed · spaces · administrator operations.
- Content Operations Studio — A confidential multi-tenant content studio where a team stamps out card-news and short-form scenarios together (name withheld).
- Stablecoin Payment Gateway — A confidential non-custodial multi-chain payment gateway that settles stablecoins directly into merchant wallets (name withheld).
- Multi-Broker Trading Platform — A confidential 3-tier multi-broker trading platform with a cloud dashboard, a local executor, and a Rust simulation engine (name withheld).
- Potentivo Lab · 회사 페이지 — The official site that serves as the face of Potentivo Lab, the company I co-founded. I was personally responsible for Korean/English localization through to search and LLM visibility.
- Yonsei Mileage Viewer — A student tool that went viral for a season by showing mileage course-registration results faster than the school's official system.
- UWB Autonomous Carrier — A follow-me autonomous vehicle based on UWB trilateration. Mobile positioning with 2 ESP32s and 3 DWM3000s.
- Data Reverse-Engineering R&D — A confidential data-extraction R&D engagement carried out on contract — reverse-engineering numbers visually obfuscated by CSS classes to restore them (target/client masked).
- Fjord Edu — Built a college-admissions academy's booking, payment, student workflow, and internal operations platform — handling over KRW 300 million in payments in a single day without downtime.
- Liner × Insiders — A short-term prototype for the Liner collaboration (5 days).
